Fee Schedule

Self Pay - Out of Pocket Patients

Self Pay - Initial Assessment (45-55 min) - $150                                                                                                                        
Self Pay - Individual, Family and Marital Sessions (45-50 min) - $100      
Group Therapy (50-75 min) - $25-45  

Insurance Patients: 
We will be happy to bill your insurance for your services. *Any charges not paid by insurance will be billed to the                                          patient - This includes any amounts applied towards your deductible. We appreciate all co-pays at the time at your appointment.  
No Show/Failure to provide 24 hour notice cancellation fee  - $45                                                                    
No Show/Failure to provide 24 hour notice for evening or weekend appointments - $80
